Production typically takes 2–4 weeks after you approve the preview, depending on complexity. Standard shipping then takes about 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Clear, well-lit, front-facing photos work best. For the most accurate likeness, upload 2–3 photos from different angles (front, side, three-quarter view). Avoid blurry, dark or heavily filtered images. Photos of pets should show the face and typical pose clearly.
Yes. Free revisions are included before production starts — we only begin crafting your figurine after you approve the preview. Once production has started, major design changes may no longer be possible, so please review your preview carefully.
Our figurines are crafted from high-quality resin / polymer clay and finished with durable hand-painted colors. Each piece is individually made by skilled artists — no two figurines are exactly alike.
We pack every order with multi-layer protective packaging. In the rare case of damage during transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging — we will arrange a free replacement or refund. See our Refund & Returns page for details.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your destination. Please note that customs duties or import taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
