BEJARM (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates bejarm.com, an online store for custom handcrafted figurines. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.

Order and contact information. When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and order details.

Photos you upload for customization. To create your figurine, you provide reference photos of people or pets. These photos are used solely for designing and producing your order. They are never sold, shared for marketing, or used in our gallery or advertising without your explicit written consent. Production photos are retained for up to 90 days after delivery in case of remake requests, then securely deleted.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our secure payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, or Square). We never see or store your full card number on our servers.

Technical data. Like most websites, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies, to keep the site secure and improve your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To design, produce, and deliver your custom order
• To communicate with you about your order, proofs, and support requests
• To process payments and prevent fraud
• To send occasional updates or offers, only if you subscribe (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• To comply with legal and tax obligations

3. Who We Share It With

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run our store: payment processors, shipping carriers, and our website hosting and email providers. Each is bound by contract to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features (such as checkout) may not function without them.

5. Data Retention and Security

Order records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes. Customization photos are deleted within 90 days after delivery. We use SSL encryption across the site and restrict access to personal data to staff who need it to fulfill your order.

Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Photos of children may be submitted by parents or legal guardians solely for the purpose of creating a custom figurine.
