Step 1: We Study Your Photos

Everything starts with your reference photos. Our artists look beyond the obvious: the tilt of a smile, the way hair falls, posture, the outfit that means something to you. Clear, front-facing photos in good light give the best results — but if your photos need improvement, we will tell you before production begins, not after.

Step 2: Digital Sculpting

A sculptor builds your figurine as a detailed 3D model, matching likeness, proportions, clothing, and pose. This is where craftsmanship matters most: two artists can look at the same photo and produce very different results. Our team specializes in likeness sculpting, which is why faces — the hardest part — are where we spend the most time.

Step 3: Your Approval

For applicable designs, you receive a preview before production. Want the smile adjusted or a detail changed? This is the moment to say so. We only move forward once the design is right, because a custom piece should feel unmistakably like your person.

Step 4: Printing and Hand Finishing

The approved model is produced in high-resolution 3D printing, then finished by hand: sanding, assembly, and hand-painted color. Hand painting is what turns a printed shape into a keepsake — skin tones, eye detail, fabric patterns, and shading are all applied by artists, not machines.

Step 5: Quality Check and Protective Packaging

Every figurine is inspected against your order before it ships, then packed in protective materials designed for fragile collectibles. If anything arrives damaged despite our packaging, our Refund & Returns Policy covers you with a free remake or refund.

How Long Does It Take?
